Shipping:

How can I expedite my order delivery?

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking ID via email or message. Use this ID on the provided URL to track your order. For assistance, contact our support team.


Payments:

How does the Cash on Delivery (COD) option work?

Our COD option allows you to pay at the time of delivery for orders between Rs. 499 and Rs. 2000. Select ‘Cash On Delivery’ on the payment page. COD is available only in selected pin codes.

Why isn’t the COD option available at checkout?

This could be due to your order value being outside the Rs. 500 to Rs. 2000 range, or because our courier partners do not support COD for your delivery address.


Coupons:

How do I apply a coupon to my order?

Enter the coupon code in the ‘Apply Coupon’ section on the cart page before placing your order. The discount will be applied accordingly.


Returns/Refunds:

What if I receive a damaged item?

Contact our customer care at femmoraf@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a prompt resolution.

What is your return policy?

Inform customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product for any returns. Our team will initiate a ticket with our claims department and respond within 24 hours. Note: Products must be unused and in their original condition for returns or exchanges.
